 I recently had the privilege of experiencing the most magical moment of my life, and it wouldn't have been possible without the exceptional services of Maya, an incredible engagement proposal planner. Words cannot adequately express my gratitude for the unforgettable experience her and her team helped create.

Throughout the planning process, Maya was an absolute joy to work with. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine enthusiasm made us feel valued and reassured. She was always responsive to our ideas, concerns, and questions, ensuring that our vision aligned with hers. It felt like she genuinely cared about our happiness and wanted to make this moment the best it could be.

On the day of the proposal, everything came together flawlessly. The ambiance her and her team created was nothing short of enchanting. The setting was stunning, with exquisite decorations and thoughtful touches that reflected our personalities. Maya's coordination of all the moving parts was seamless, leaving us free to embrace the moment fully.

 I could say so many good things about Maya. From the beginning she gave me a piece of mind that I didn’t even realize would be very much needed as the wedding planning progressed. Maya was on top of everything which left us impressed, relieved, and unbothered. She paid attention to the details we quickly forgot and she never got frazzled even though we had times we were ready to break.She was always on time and prepared for literally everything (She even had SHOUT IT OUT in her pocket for unexpected stains).  She helped me pick the BEST Vendors to fit my budget, she communicated with everyone, and she handled any issues that arose, and she truly remained a phone call away for any questions I had or really for anything I needed. She became more than just a wedding planner to me. She became a friend. Someone who looked out for me and made sure nothing or no one made my day anything less than perfect. Because of this and more Maya helped me and my new husband to have a real live fairytale royal wedding. She took my vision and made it a reality. She went above and beyond what I would have ever expected and I am super humble and grateful for everything her and her wife did for me. I definitely recommend Maya for anyone that is looking for a solution to a stressful but exhilarating special time in your life. Our families will be talking about this for a long time. Thank you Maya. We can’t ever thank you and your wife enough. 

 When I first met Maya, I instantly knew she was the wedding coordinator for me! I am a worrier and I get nervous easily. Her ability to keep me calm was no easy task and Maya handled it like a pro. She was very professional and well organized. Any. Issues that arose were handled immediately and efficiently. Her sweet personaliity always kept me at ease and her knowledgeable wedding coordination is amazing! She made the journey to the final day so easy and fun that she makes me want t start planning all over again. If you're looking for a planner, look no further. I guarantee you want regret it!!!

She was and is truly phenomenal at her job and as a human being. As a wedding coordinator, she was with us every step of the way, helping with the planning. Every time I stressed something, Maya was all over it. She was always available and also went above and beyond until the day of the wedding.  Then the day of the wedding, she kept everyone in line, managed my anxiety, and ensured she kept us on schedule! (I am sure I truly don't know all the fires she had to tackle) The results? You ask… well, it was the best wedding any of our families or friends had ever attended. They still cannot stop talking about it... It was such a magical, memorable, and simply amazing day! And I am genuinely thankful for all the hard work that Maya and her assistant did to ensure our day was special. And it indeed was!  Thank you so much! You will always have a special place in our hearts. 

 I absolutely love Maya and Jemelle!!! I have known them now for a few years and they have always been ready and willing to help with any and every question and concern thrown their way! Maya made sure our day ran smoothly and everything turned out better than we could’ve anticipated! She kept me and my wife in line with everything expected on our end as well 😂

 Maya was great to work with. The day of our wedding especially she rose to the occasion by making sure things ran smoothly all the while she was attune to our needs as the brides and the details that I would never have thought of.  Maya was super amazing and awesome. even though we only needed to use her service for the day of the wedding, she was there throughout the entire planning period.  I had the pleasure of working with Maya at a recent wedding where I provided makeup services for the bride. Maya was extremely professional and assisted the bride and bridal party in anything they needed. Even before the big day, Maya contacted me both months before the wedding and days before to make sure all contracts had been signed and provided me start times/locations. I thank you for kindness and professionalism. The wedding you coordinated was absolutely BEAUTIFUL! I'm looking forward to working with you again. 

 When I first booked with Maya I had no idea exactly what I was getting into. I had assumed maybe she would just show up, make sure everything looked good, and go home. Like most of the coordinators I’ve seen at other weddings do. But not Maya. Through planning and the day of she was on top of everything! When I say my wedding couldn’t have happened without her I mean it! She made sure everything I wanted, everything I envisioned was how it was supposed to be. She made sure everything was on time, everyone was where they needed to be and always made sure my hubby and I were well hydrated and full! If I had to do it over again she would be the first person I book. She will make sure your contracts are fulfilled, she will make sure you are on your timeline, she will make sure that everything is beyond perfect. Definitely NO money wasted with her. It will be the best of your wedding!! 

  My husband and I waited a long time to do most of our wedding planning. When we met Maya in January of this year, all we had was a venue and a date in May reserved. Maya helped us make our wedding to be EVERYTHING we dreamed of and more! When we first consulted Maya, she clearly explained her different packages and we decided to hire her to perform the roles of both wedding planner and wedding coordinator for us. Maya met with us on several occasions as we designed our ceremony and reception. She helped us hone down on the details like the decorations, the wedding timeline, the budget, the details of all our wedding contracts, and so much more. She even made sure we had transportation back to our hotel on our wedding night, complete with leftover wedding food and all our gifts! Perhaps most importantly of all, she kept us on track and helped to ease my anxiety as we planned the big day and as everything we planned started happening. Many of our guests commented on how perfectly the night went and how all our ideas were executed flawlessly, which we credit mostly to Maya! We cannot thank Maya ENOUGH for all she did to make our big day special. We highly recommend her for your wedding day planning or coordination! 

 Maya and Jemelle (The Modern Officiant) are a great team! Maya listened to all my requests and keep everything rolling throughout the whole planning process, even when I was freaking out about this or that, LOL. She is cool and calm when the bride is losing her mind! lol I like that the two came as like a set and it made the day of pretty well planned, despite a couple of minor hiccups. To say that I only had a couple small issues go awry in the grand scheme of things, I think, is doing pretty darn well! Maya is so sweet and completely was on board with my unusual Hallo-Wedding costume party theme. She also put me in contact with an amazing decor guy, who REALLY brought my vision to life! It was awesome!
